Scholarships
A primary goal of the EPD Foundation is to award six $2,500 Scholarships to students who will enroll in an accredited higher learning institution for the Fall Semester of the application year. Scholarship are available to children, step-children and grandchildren of EPD employees — sworn, civilian, retired or deceased. An independent board will select these six recipients based on their educational achievement, community involvement, goals, and presentation.
